The OnlineUpdate is the easiest way to bring your dictionary up to date. Open the OnlineUpdate in the extras menu and follow the steps.
1st step: Open the web page
Open the web page for requesting the dictionary in your web browsser by clicking on the button "Open web page". If this should not work, open the page www.dict.cc/translation_file_request.php manually in your web browser.
Read the license and enter your e-mail adresse into the text field below on the page. Click on the button "Request the text file". A confirmation page opens and an e-mail has been sent to you.
2nd step: Check your e-mail account
Check your e-mail account and open the e-mail with the subject "dict.cc Download 1/2". Open the link which is included in that e-mail in your web browser.
3rd step: Download & Import wordlist
Wait until you can read "File complete!" on your screen and check your e-mail account again. Open the e-mail with the subject "dict.cc Download 2/2". Copy the link which is included in that e-mail into the clipboard by selecting it and pressing the shortcut Ctrl+C (Apple+C). Switch to the elcombri Translator and insert the link into the text field below on the OnlineUpdate window by using the shortcut Ctrl+V (Apple+V). Finally, click on the button "Download & Import". The download and the following importation process starts. At the end of the processes, a confirm message will appear.
